• Created the activities, contacted the people leading the activities and was
in charge of the general budget distribution among the activities and the eventual payments
• Obtained the licenses and permissions needed for the event
• As the Secretary General, I oversaw the development of the different categories involved in the making of this conference such as recruitment, substantial development of the materials, PR and social media. Also, I was the contact person for the high schools’ principals and advisors that registered their students for this event.
